For those who want to use this vest as an insulation for a “Thinsulate” based warmer or similar, Kwark suggest putting the vest under the warmer. This will ensure proper transport of moisture away from the body (with the use of good thermal underwear). In this case, we advise you to choose the size according to our table.

If the vest is to be used with an undersuit, it is best to put it on top of the undersuit at the last minute to prevent overheating. In this case, Kwark suggest choosing a slightly larger size.

For example, if one is at the upper limit of size L according to the table, one would choose the XL vest. This recommendation is all the more important the warmer the vest.
